Totally fine, good, adequate place to stay with an unbeatable (UNBEATABLE) location for a heck of a price, in a beautiful area. Room was clean, owner was nice and accommodating. I stayed there for 3 nights without a car and walked + took the bus and TART Connect all over the place. Public beach is literally 25 steps from the door. Save your $$ by staying at this wonderfully-priced place to drop your bags & rest your head, and then go spend those dollars at Gar Woods across the street, Waterman's Landing for a kayak rental, and Incline Village Sailing for a wonderful catamaran cruise that picks up at the pier directly across the street. Rooms face west, so if you wanna sleep in, make sure you shut the blinds. But why not go see the sunrise! Plenty of space in my room to sit there and do some work on my laptop.
